Meet Jaiden

Jaiden pursued psychology because she understands what it feels like to need someone to believe in you before you can believe in yourself. That experience shapes the way she shows up for her clients; with presence, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to helping each person recognize their strengths and move toward meaningful change.

Education & Training

Jaiden is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma, grief, and neurodevelopmental differences. She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients: individuals who have often spent years in systems that misunderstood their differences as deficits rather than recognizing them as unique ways of experiencing the world. Her dissertation research explores the experiences of women with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a historically underserved and under-identified population.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) within a trauma-informed, relationship-centered framework. She believes that evidence-based interventions are most effective when paired with a strong therapeutic alliance. By integrating clinical research with compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection, she creates a collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in making lasting, meaningful change.
